Meet the Founder
Eleanor Whitelegg led inside multi-national corporate brands and understands competitiveness and pressure.
As UK brand manager for Reebok, Elle managed crucial brand partnerships, such as UFC and CrossFit, as well as the sponsored athlete roster.
Head-hunted by YETI to lead the brand into a new market, Elle Whitelegg was the first European employee, and in her tenure grew their EU market from zero to a €6-million+. Elle managed high growth through the market shifts of Brexit, crises such as an entire season's stock stranded in the Suez Canal, all whilst expanding into 17 countries, across 7 websites, in 5 languages - in a market that wasn't known for cowboys or coolers.

After a decade in the world of brand and corporate, Preaduco founder, Elle Whitelegg replaced product with purpose and headed up marketing for the leading UK veterans’ charity Walking With The Wounded. Elle's skillset of understanding how to leverage a brand using storytelling and relationships came to the fore, and Praeduco continues to support non-for-profits through their Pay-It-Forward pricing option.
Praeduco means to draw forth and lead in Latin. That’s what I want to empower executives with – the power to lead their lives and companies to their full potential.
An athlete's journey
Praeduco Ltd. is built upon the knowledge and insights of athlete founder, Elle Whitelegg. Having competed at an international level in no less than 4 different sports, the lessons of high performance have been crucial to the her own success, and that of Preaduco's clients.
Elle balanced her PhD studies, an international athletic career, and then her carer as a marketing leader in the belief that health and fitness is vital to success elsewhere in life. Praeduco clients are introduced to the Corporate Athlete mindset as a foundation for their high performance.
